Rice-Texas Tech Game Time Changed

FSN Southwest announced Wednesday that it has added the Texas Tech-Rice game on September 15 to its broadcast schedule, with kickoff time now set for 2:00 (central). The game, which will be played at Rice Stadium in Houston, had originally been scheduled for a 7:00 kickoff. Greg Lucas and Chris Sanders will call the game for FSN Southwest who will broadcast it regionally in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas and portions of New Mexico. The Tech game will be the first of five Rice football games to be televised this season. The Owls game at Texas on September 22 will be broadcast nationally on FSN with a 6 pm start time. The Owls will travel to Southern Miss for a Wednesday night game broadcast nationally on ESPN on October 3. Rice's regular season television slate will wrap up with a pair of road appearances on CSTV (October 13 at Houston and October 27 at Marshall).
